St. Mark’s hosted a series of alumni reunion events from Oct. 9-12 in East Coast cities such as Boston, Newhaven, New York City, Philadelphia and Washington, D.C. The annual events are typically hosted in cities with large populations such as New York or other areas where a significant number of former Marksmen live and work. Various similar events occur across the country, such as another recent one in Chicago. Between these events, over 250 alumni of the school have come together to reunite with their peers. Every trip is attended by Headmaster David Dini and two teachers—this time, the featured teachers were William Atkinson ‘95 and History Department chair David Fisher. Director of Alumni Relations Jack Mallick ‘14, who plays a major role in running the events, sees them as a good way for alumni to reconnect with the school and their former classmates.
