As homecoming, which takes place on Oct. 5 quickly approaches, Spirit week is one of the ways the Student Council is hyping up the St. Mark’s Student Body. Spirit week consists of five different themed dress days: Matching Monday, Tropical Tuesday, Wild West Wednesday, Tie-Dye Thursday, and Blue and Gold Friday. Every day, students from both middle and upper school dress up according to the themes. Spirit week aims to encourage students to attend the homecoming football game on Friday and the subsequent dance on Saturday.
