Junior Gavin Bowles has been a member of the cheer team for two years. He practices a couple of times a week with the team as a main tumbler and as a base — the person at the bottom of a stunt. His favorite moments this season were performing and hearing the cheers from his peers during pep rallies. After summer practice and the football season, the school’s cheer team caps off their fall season Oct. 27.
