Sophomores and juniors attended the annual College Deans program Jan. 22. The deans of Vanderbilt University, the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill and the University of Tulsa spoke as a panel to teach Marksmen more about the college application process following a discussion they had with parents the night before. Starting with a series of questions by the school’s college counselors, the discussion later opened up to audience questions. The deans gave common tips to students on how to improve their readiness for college, but also advised students to find their own unique approaches for the future.
